Key Responsibility

1. Objective & Planning: In-depth insight into the development trend of the voice service market, Output the overall strategy of the voice service based on the company's strategy and customer needs, Output an annual plan with performance measures for implementation.

2. Requirement Oriented: Understand enterprise customer requirements, and develop and enhance product to enable optimal end user experience with the AI voice solution;

3. Team Management: Responsible for establishing and managing voice design and project management and delivery teams, including but not limited to: voice user experience design, speech writing, voice recording, quality inspection, corpus data annotation for different languages.

Key Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree in engineering or a related technical field;

2. At least 3 years of experience in project management or team management or leadership role;

3. Experience in AI voice-related project operation / service management, working in software development and agile environment, software testing and test project management;

4. Experience in Southeast Asia cross-country team management would be advantage;

5. A high degree of curiosity and a willingness to learn, develop, and solve complex problems;

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Excellent systematic and logical thinking;

Key Responsibility

1. Lead and support complex, multidisciplinary AI dialogue engineering projects. This includes creating and managing project timelines, dependencies, and sequencing, getting buy-in on team-wide goals from project stakeholders, and highlighting risks and action plans for recovery.

2. Partner with customers to identify and conceptualise AI experience requirements and use cases, define technical specifications, and create/execute the project plan to meet customer requirements.

3. Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Product, and AI Talkbot Delivery in a fast-paced environment. Show great collaborative and communicative skills to be able to work with various enterprise customers’ business unit departments

4. Co-work closely with Customer Success team to track, assess, and control the gap of the Talkbot delivery and customer's expectations, and take timely actions to resolve the issues and improve the experience

Key Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in a technical/operations management field or equivalent practical experience

2. Min 2 years' experience in project management, PMP or Scrum Master certificate will be an advantage

2. Design and implement the AI conversation on WIZ Talkbot platform, design the Talkbot utterance, manage and validate the corpus, configure the pattern/rules, test and verify the final experience.

3. Monitor and maintain the AI conversation experience, resolve any issues reported from customers.

Qualifications and Skills Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering field, or equivalent practical experience

2. Experience in software testing or configuring complex software systems is preferred. Experience in project management is a plus.

3. Familiar with state transition diagram and flow chart in software design, more knowledge in NLP/NLU or chatbot domain would be a plus

Qualifications and Skills Requirement

1. Degree in Business / Commerce / Sales & Marketing / technology or other relevant fields

2. Preferably has experience in dealing with Call Centres & Outsource Companies with 1 year of proven track record in IT sales & at least 2 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity

3. Independent, resourceful, good analytical and communication skills

4. Good verbal presentation and negotiation skills

5. Aggressive, proactive, result-oriented and must be a good team player

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

7. Must speak fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia (able to speak Mandarin is a plus)

8. Keen interest in IT sales is a must
