Key Responsibility

1. Objective & Planning: In-depth insight into the development trend of the voice service market, Output the overall strategy of the voice service based on the company's strategy and customer needs, Output an annual plan with performance measures for implementation.

2. Requirement Oriented: Understand enterprise customer requirements, and develop and enhance product to enable optimal end user experience with the AI voice solution;

3. Team Management: Responsible for establishing and managing voice design and project management and delivery teams, including but not limited to: voice user experience design, speech writing, voice recording, quality inspection, corpus data annotation for different languages.

4. Project Management: Responsible for the project delivery of voice service solution. Continuously enhancement and optimisation of the AI voice interaction experience.

5. Collaboration: tightly collaborate with R&D team to complete the delivery of product and project to achieve client satisfaction.

Key Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree in engineering or a related technical field;

2. At least 3 years of experience in project management or team management or leadership role;

3. Experience in AI voice-related project operation / service management, working in software development and agile environment, software testing and test project management;

4. Experience in Southeast Asia cross-country team management would be advantage;

5. A high degree of curiosity and a willingness to learn, develop, and solve complex problems;

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Excellent systematic and logical thinking;

7. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, enjoy a fast pace work environment of a growth stage company

Key Responsibility

1. Perform on-site installation, infrastructure provisioning, smoke testing, and running configurations for WIZ AI platform.

2. Manage, monitor and maintain the SaaS or on-premise AI system, resolve the reported issues and conduct regular system inspection for customers.

3. Ensure customer satisfaction in the software use, operation and maintenance, through demonstrations, orientation, and direct training.

4. Participate in the deployment and integration solution design for large enterprise customer.

5. Participate in the development and implementation of the automatic monitoring and maintenance for WIZ AI platform.

6. Provide internal IT technical support for WIZ Singapore Office.

Qualifications and Skills Requirement

1. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related specialties, and a minimum of 3 years experience in x86 server operation and maintenance.

2. Strong knowledge in computer software and hardware; familiar w/ the installation, configuration and maintenance of Linux system; master the Linux commands and shell scripts.

3. Strong knowledge in network and TCP/IP, HTTP, UDP, etc.; Can quickly troubleshoot and resolve network issues.

4. Practical experience in docker application, and transfer existing services to docker containerization.

5. Plus: it's preferred if you know about Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Redis and other open-source components in typical system deployment.

6. Excited to work in a startup, fast-paced environment; strong interest in exploring new technologies.

7. Conscientious, continuous-learning, and good team-working spirit.

Key Responsibility

1. Presales: design and deliver solutions for the large enterprise customers in the financial, medical and other industries, by combining company's AI Talkbot product capability and customer's business needs in specific scenarios; and show the value points of solutions to get customer's recognition

2. Presales: define product and service scope: to clarify the scope boundary for the solution integration, customized development and services, and define the boundary between the company's products and customer's systems

3. Delivery Project Management: As the project leader, responsible for the project management of the delivery or on-site integration projects. The related tasks include: the requirement communication & decision, project planning, coordination of various teams, project progress promotion, team leadership, risk management and control until the final delivery.

4. Establish good customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, discover new requirements and business opportunities.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 2 years of project manager or solution related work experience, computer related major is preferred, software project management experience is preferred

2. Strong sense of creating value for customers, excellent systematic and logical thinking ability, can quickly learn to understand the product and the customer's original business system, excellent solution design, writing, presentation and communication skills

3. Excellent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, and communication skills in Chinese is preferred.

4. Ability to communicate and coordinate with customers, partners and internal cross- departments.

5. Self-driven and able to adapt to the rapid development of the company.

6. Adapt to cross-regional work, hoping to increase overseas work experience.

Key Responsibility

1. Work directly with customers and closely with project teams to understand customer business requirements and design, implement, and deliver solutions using WIZ AI Talkbot Platform. You will be able to resolve real world problems using innovative technologies to deliver great experiences to end-users requirements of customers and design, implement, and deliver solutions using WIZ AI Talkbot Platform. 2. Design and implement the AI conversation on WIZ Talkbot platform, design the Talkbot utterance, configure the pattern/rules, test and verify the final experience utterance, manage and validate the corpus, configure the pattern/rules, test and verify the final experience.

3. Manage and validate data and AI models produced from crowdsourcing, contractors, and developers to build high-quality AI models. customers.

4. Monitor and maintain the AI conversation experience, resolve any issues reported from customer. Conduct the training for customers and junior developers in building their AI Talkbot on WIZ platform.

Job Description

2. At least 2 years of experience in software testing or configuring complex software systems. Experience in software developing and project management is a plus

3. Familiar with state transition diagram and flow chart in software design, more knowledge in NLP/NLU or chatbot domain would be a plus

4. Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation and with external customers

5. Proactive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic; driven to meet or exceed expectations; careful attention to detail

6. Ability to interface professionally with personnel at all levels; asking appropriate questions in eliciting information to interpret and synthesise information

Key Responsibility

1. Partner with project manager to identify and conceptualise customer's scenario requirements and use cases, and clarify the customisation needs both in technical part and dialogue design requirements.

2. Provide architectural guidance to best translate business objectives and requirements to customisable configurations of our solutions.

3. Design and develop the AI conversation flow including the high-level state graph, user intention, key information variable.

4. Review the Talkbot Delivery Engineer's construction of the dialogue in WIZ AI platform, and improve its logical correctness and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibility

1. Reporting to the Business Development, Head, you are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying to developing and closing deals in order to meet sales targets on new and existing accounts.

2. You will need to focus on Client Relationship Management as well as to build and maintain good relationships with our IT Business Partners.

3. You will generate regular and timely forecasts, reports and account status

4. Identify new opportunities to support the growth of partnerships for the organisation with potential and existing partners

5. Prepare sales collateral and pitch proposals to potential and existing partners

6. Work with cross functional teams (voice experience, technology and R&D) to see through the end-to-end for partner projects

7. Help input and maintain CRM system

Qualifications and Skills Requirement

1. Degree in Business / Commerce / Sales & Marketing / technology or other relevant fields

2. Preferably has experience in dealing with Call Centres & Outsource Companies with 1 year of proven track record in IT sales & at least 2 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity

3. Independent, resourceful, good analytical and communication skills

4. Good verbal presentation and negotiation skills

5. Aggressive, proactive, result-oriented and must be a good team player

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

7. Must speak fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia (able to speak Mandarin is a plus)

8. Keen interest in IT sales is a must
