Ltd. and its group companies ("Wiz", "we", "us", or "our") collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you visit www.wiz.ai and its related subdomains (the "Website"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through the Website.

This Policy applies to website visitors only. If you are a customer using our AI talkbot products or services, the data processing terms in your service agreement with us govern that relationship separately.

We are incorporated in Singapore and process personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") as our primary legal framework. The Website is publicly accessible worldwide. We apply the protections in this Policy to all visitors regardless of where they are located.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect personal data in the following ways:

Information you provide. When you submit a form on the Website — such as a contact, enquiry, or demo request form — you provide us with personal data including your name, email address, phone number, and company name. We display a notice at or before the point of collection explaining why we need your data. Submitting a form does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications from us; we ask for that separately.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, we and our third-party service providers automatically collect technical information about your visit. This includes your IP address, approximate location, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time spent on each page, and how you arrived at the Website. This information is collected via cookies and similar technologies, subject to your consent (see Section 5).

Visitor profiling. If you browse the Website and subsequently submit a form, our analytics service provider may link your prior anonymous browsing history to your newly created contact record. This retroactive linking occurs only where you have given cookie consent prior to submitting the form. If you have rejected cookies, no browsing data is recorded and no linking takes place.

11. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. This Policy does not apply to those websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties and encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal data to them.

12. Children
