As a CSS Specialist, you help design and improve AI-powered conversations that solve real business problems. From onboarding to optimization, you’ll play a key role in making our bots smarter — and driving measurable results for clients and their customers.

What You’ll Work On:
- Design AI conversations that fit different industries and users
- Decide when and how bots should engage – and what they should say
- Test, improve, and fine-tune bot performance
- Use data and feedback to make the bots smarter

- Great communication in English and Bahasa Melayu (Malaysia) or Filipino (Philippines); Chinese is a plus

- Final-year students or fresh graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Passionate about solving open-ended problems with code
- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages
