Singapore - HR Executive/Manager (Generalist)

Responsibilities:

 
  • Manage the full Spectrum of human resources functions for the Singapore office
  • Candidate scouting and recruitment management of talent relative to growth development of our company;
  • Partner and work closely with team leaders for resource planning in areas such as training, remuneration and incentive, and initiatives to enhance team effectiveness;
  • Design and set up human resource policies and procedures, required handbooks to establish a standardized recruitment, remuneration, welfare and performance appraisal systems;
  • Manage and process daily tasks such as handling the on-boarding process, application of work passes for foreign employee, payroll processing, required regulatory submissions various government agencies, and employee medical and insurance claims etc.;

Requirements:

Singapore - Director, AI Dialogue Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • Objective & Planning: In-depth insight into the development trend of the voice service market, Output the overall strategy of the voice service based on the company’s strategy and customer needs, Output an annual plan with performance measures for implementation.
  • Requirement Oriented: Understand enterprise customer requirements, and develop and enhance product to enable optimal end user experience with the AI voice solution;
  • Team Management: Responsible for establishing and managing voice design and project management and delivery teams, including but not limited to: voice user experience design, speech writing, voice recording, quality inspection, corpus data annotation for different languages.

Singapore - Software Deployment & Integration Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site installation, infrastructure provisioning, smoke testing, and running configurations for WIZ AI platform.
  • Manage, monitor and maintain the SaaS or on-premise AI system, resolve the reported issues and conduct regular system inspection for customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in the software use, operation and maintenance, through demonstrations, orientation, and direct training.
  • Participate in the deployment and integration solution design for large enterprise customer.

Singapore - Presale & Project Delivery Manager(Mandarin Proficiency)

Key Responsibilities

  • Presales: design and deliver solutions for the large enterprise customers in the financial, medical and other industries, by combining company’s AI Talkbot product capability and customer’s business needs in specific scenarios; and show the value points of solutions to get customer’s recognition
  • Presales: define product and service scope: to clarify the scope boundary for the solution integration, customized development and services, and define the boundary between the company’s products and customer’s systems
  • Delivery Project Management: As the project leader, responsible for the project management of the delivery or on-site integration projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Business Development, Head, you are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying to developing and closing deals in order to meet sales targets on new and existing accounts.

  • Be a business partner to the growth of our start-up and provide advice to drive the top and bottom line KPI’s.
