Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you’ll be at the forefront of HR innovation, shaping the way we nurture our talent and drive organizational success. You will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR Projects, from talent management & retention to employee engagement and development, to payroll and benefits administration. You will also coordinate and cooperate with our offices in other regions and ensure alignment of HR policies and procedures across the company.
In your first year, you can expect to:
- Partner and work closely with team leaders for resource planning and provide guidance on training, remuneration, incentive, and team effectiveness initiatives.
- Review and set up HR policies and procedures, handbooks, and systems to standardize recruitment, compensation, welfare, and performance appraisal processes
- Manage and process daily HR tasks such as handling the on-boarding process, applying work passes for foreign employees, processing payroll, submitting regulatory reports to various government agencies, and handling employee medical and insurance claims etc.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, coordinate the internal departments and third-party service providers, including accounting, finance, PR, government affairs and etc.
