In your first year, you can expect to:

Sales Team Leadership:

Coach and guide the sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales forecasts and targets.

Market Expansion:

Explore new sectors and segments within Indonesia’s SME and large Enterprise market.

Foster strong relationships with new and existing customers and resellers.

Pipeline Management:

Create and maintain a robust sales opportunity pipeline, consistently driving month-on-month growth.

Customized Sales Approach:

Conduct thorough research on prospects and tailor sales collateral and proposals to align with their needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in voice experience, technology, and R&D to provide comprehensive solutions and close sales deals.
