World Economic Forum
Singapore, 10 May 2022 – WIZ.AI, the global leading conversational voice AI technology innovator, was today selected as part of the 100 most promising Technology Pioneers of 2022 by the World Economic Forum. The selection for this year’s Award was chosen from 30 economies across six continents beyond traditional international tech hubs like Silicon Valley.
WIZ.AI made it to the list, for its human-like voice AI that is revolutionising traditional B2C communication to deliver hyper-personalised, omnichannel customer engagement at scale. WIZ.AI’s humanistic conversational voice AI solutions Listens, Understands and Speaks like a local, communicating in local languages and accents, including English, Malay, Mandarin, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese and Bahasa Indonesia, as well as Singlish and other informal forms like Taglish (an informal variant of Filipino English). Over 95% of callers are unable to tell the difference between a human agent and a Talkbot.
